and West of the mind numbing traffic congestion associated
with Shinnecock Canel crossings in the Hampton Bays area.
Suitable
for small families (4-6 people), singles and couples. No pets
or smoking please. The community of Hampton Point does not
allow group rentals or shares.

Cancellation
Policy:

- More than 28
days before arrival - your money will be reimbursed without penalty
or additional charges.
- 27 to 15 days
prior to arrival - your money will be reimbursed minus
a penalty equal to 20% of your total rental fee.

- 14
days or less prior to arrival - If we are unable to
re-rent the cottage your money will be reimbursed minus
a penalty equal to 50% of your total rental fee. If we are
able to re-rent the cottage your money will be reimbursed
minus a penalty equal to 20% of your total rental fee.
