- Week
rentals run from Friday 4PM 'til Friday 11AM.
- *Less
than a minimum stay rental may only be possible when booked
less than 14 days in advance of arrival assuming the cottage
has not been otherwise reserved.
- Bed
linens, blankets and towels are not included in the quoted
price for weekly ( 7 nite rentals) but will be provided
for weekend rentals.
- Holiday
weeks and special events subject to a 10% upcharge ie: Memorial
Day, 4th of July, Labor Day
- All rates shown in US dollars.
Renters must be 21 years old or older.
- A reservation deposit of 50% of your total rental fee is
required to complete your reservation. The rental balance
is due in full 30 days prior to your check-in.
- In addition a $200 damage security deposit will be required
along with your reservation. The money will be returned within
14 days following inspection and inventory of the cottage
following your departure.
- Preferred payment methods are
personal check (US Banks only), Paypal, money order or certified
check (US Banks only).
- When paying by personal check your reservation cannot be
confirmed until your check has cleared the bank.
Until your reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change
without notice.
- We will accept credit card payments via Paypal however a
4% processing fee will be added to your rental rate

4PM Check-out 11:00AM (outdoor shower available until 1:30PM)
Garage/Studio (no plumbing) available with house upon request.

Rental Options:

- Bed
and Breakfast - Bed linens and blankets plus towels
for up to five guests with a starter food package including
coffee or teas, 1 qt juice, 1 qt milk, 1 loaf bread, 1/2
lb butter and 1 dozen eggs. $50

- Bed
only - Bed linens and blankets plus towels for up to
five guests (both double beds and one twin bed.)

- Groceries
- We will shop for and stock groceries you request in advance
of your arrival.

Cancellation
Policy:
|
- More
than 28 days before arrival date- Your money will be
reimbursed without penalty or additional charges.
- 27
to 15 days prior to arrival - Your money will be reimbursed
minus a service charge equal to 20% of your total rental
fee.

- 14
days or less prior to arrival - If we are
unable to re-rent the cottage your
money will be reimbursed minus a service charge equal to
50% of your total rental fee.
If we are able to re-rent
the cottage your money will be reimbursed minus a service
charge equal to 20% of your total rental fee.
