Nestled on a third of an acre, on a quiet dead end street south of the highway, you'll marvel at the amazing privacy offered by this Hamptons rental cottage. Many mature trees shade the backyard keeping it comfortable on hotter days. Two large cedar trees are spaced perfectly for the double hammock we've slung between. Ideal for relaxing summer siestas.

Mature viburnum and other large shrubs enclose the rear property line giving an awesome sense of solitude. Two large maples provide ample shade in the summer and a colorful display in the fall. In the front yard a lovely Dogwood tree greets you when you arrive home while mature Rhododendrons and a tall Holly tree complete the tableau.

An outdoor shower at the rear of the garage offers a convenient place to rinse off following a day at the beach. The rear of the one car garage has a separate entrance and is currently being used as a craft studio but it is large enough to provide sleeping accommodations for an additional guest or two.
